Mac Properties Maintenance Survey

“I was losing my mind because my keys had been stolen so I was already pretty stressed out when I called the office. I was told that maintenance would arrive within 5 minutes which he absolutely did and he was super helpful and friendly, he was even very cautious about where he was stepping would you let me know he cared about my rug! It's the little things LOL Anyway, Keith calmed me down and made me feel much more secure in the building again he was my hero”
