Raqayyah was fantastic to work with. I had a pretty demanding turnaround time and budget. Happy to have worked with her to meet both expectations. Solid experience.

I love living in the Brownhardt!

I love the location, the apartment, the building, the people living here, and the management people. All in all an excellent living experience.

Modern nice building and staff, not so nice area

The staff is great from the leasing agents to the maintenance employees. When I first moved to Kansas City they were the most advertised in a central location and during the day tour hours everything seems great but after about a week of living here I learned the area is not the best. I have had my car broken into just feet from the front door (along with all of the other cars on the entire street) and I have been approached multiple times by suspicious characters while letting my dog out or just carrying my groceries in. There are no security cameras outside but there are inside the building. There is also a small parking lot with limited parking for the residents. After further research there are many similar apartments closer and/or on the the plaza with free off street gated parking and all the amenities and modern feeling provided at the Brownhardt for hundreds of dollars less. As much as I love my apartment I spend most of my time at my boyfriend because neither he nor I feel comfortable with me staying here by myself after all the incidents that have occurred. i live on the Armour side of the building and am able to hear threats and fights being made outside at all hours of the day, while it is great entertainment listening to the racial slurs and explicit language between mostly arguing males can become annoying. It is not un-usual to call the police at least once a week. For being new to the area when I signed my lease I was rather mislead about the area that I would be spending the next 12 months in.

Great apartment living.

The apartments are great. Brand new appliances. New flooring. Fresh painted walls. The elevators could be cleaned more often and same with the laundry room but overall it is a good place to live in Kansas City.

It is a great urban experience in a very modern place. Nice, quiet neighbors, great amenities. Mac Property staff is extremely professional and helpful.

Slightly Over Priced.

It's nice but it's a little over priced. The windows are terrible and since I live on the second floor I can hear people having casual conversation at the front of the building and more importantly through my bedroom window at all time of the day and night which makes me assume that they can hear everything that I say or do in my bedroom. There's no "auto" on the thermostat so unless you want it running all night you have to get up and turn it on and off.

A retro, youthful approach to downtown living.

Despite the lack grounds security and parking, the building renovations are excellent along with the service they provide to their tenants.

Great! Feels like home!

Living at the Brownhardt feels more like living at home than any of the other apartments I've lived in. It has the character that every other apartment building claims to have, without any of the drawbacks of leaky sinks and appliances that don't ever seem to work quite right!

I love this building!

I would tell them I love it- it's quiet, and exactly what I need. I have had several maintence calls though, things just dont work right, (dishwasher, locks, etc.)
