It's getting better, but still lots of work to do...

It's an old building, so beware...particularly in the winter. The way that the building has settled has resulted in many gaps in the doors/windows that can't necessarily be sealed, leading to excessive heating costs. Also, if it snows a lot be ready to stay in for a bit because it typically takes management a couple of days to get around to it.
