Situated within walking distance of the University of Chicago, Washington Park, an elementary school, basketball courts and a children's playground, this property offers access to Hyde Parks numerous resources. Nice modern apartment but small problems with A/C, buzzer, etc.

The apartment is very nice and modern - really great, big kitchen. The setup of the living room area is very nice. Bedrooms are a decent size and bathroom is nice as well. However, there are small issues in the apartment - within two weeks of moving in, our air conditioning leaked everywhere and now there is damage to the wood floor which is extremely annoying. Also our buzzer has recently stopped working, which is also annoying. The neighborhood seems alright, about as safe or unsafe as most areas in Hyde Park. Somewhat inconvenient behind so far west of Lake Shore Drive, but the 15 bus takes you over to Lake Park Ave so it's easy enough to get downtown, just a little time consuming.
