5401-5409 S. Cottage Grove Avenue, Chicago, IL 60615

Standing on a corner just across the street from Washington Park, this property makes a distinct visual statement: Bold brick facade, marked by simple geometric terra cotta detailing, marks the best of the Arts & Crafts Movement. Mission rooflines peak the projecting, undulating bays capturing light and creating shadows that cast an ever-changing rhythm against the facade while allowing light and fresh air to stream in any time of day.
