“I've lived here for almost three years now - first at Bellerive and now with a roommate at Yankee Hill. Though the units are maybe a bit pricier than some other options, you really can't beat the location, the people, and how cool the actual buildings are. The office staff are all extremely friendly and always do their best to respond to questions and requests as soon as possible. Now and then it seemed there was a miscommunication but I never felt like it happened because of laziness or incompetence. Honest mistakes are bound to happen when there are so many residents. I am especially very grateful to April, my original leasing agent, who helped me get an apartment when I was first getting separated from my now ex-husband and getting back on my feet financially, even though technically I probably didn't meet Mac's minimum requirements. R.J. and Ryan also did amazing jobs later matching me with other units that were perfect for what I wanted at the time. The maintenance staff here is top notch too. Chris, Bryon, and Terry are all conscientious, competent, and get the job done promptly. I would definitely recommend at least taking a look if you're looking for a place to stay in KC!”
