I’ve experienced a few issues in the short amount of time I’ve been here, but Mac Properties has handled everything much faster than I originally expected. Staff members are always super friendly and really care about finding a solution. Steven, Ryan, Charles, and Anthony have all been extremely helpful in handling my issues. As far as maintenance requests, billing questions, package information, and anything else I’ve inquired about. I would recommend Mac properties to anyone looking in the Kansas City area.”
