“I needed a ceiling repair in my sun room. MAC and the staff promptly arranged someone to assess the situation, and a maintenance person started the repair the next day. The painter/plasterer who repaired the ceiling was very professional & did the repair quickly.”

“MAC has always responded promptly to my calls for problems in my apartment or in the building. Recently I had a toilet problem & the maintenance person arrived promptly to fix it. MAC's new worker Thomas was very helpful & professional & arrived shortly after I called in the work request. When he arrived I was having trouble with my apartment door bolt lock--it got stuck. So as Thomas left he sprayed lubricant & fixed the lock quickly. Two jobs done! Thanks to MAC & their staff.”
