While tucked away on a tree-lined street, the elegant design of this property stands out; Undulating yellow brick facades and limestone detailing echo the influence of the Arts & Crafts Movement. Decorative pilasters point upward toward the roof, revealing cornices and a Greek Revival parapet wall. Spacious, had some problems, could have better communication with MAC.

“The heat didn't work for a while and took some time to be fixed, which was a little frustrating, and now it seems a little inconsistent. It also doesn't heat the apartment evenly, so there's a little bit of a problem of some people wanting to turn it up and others wanting to turn it down. We also don't seem to have the best back-and-forth communication with MAC, we just have to send in maintenance requests and hope they get fixed and if they aren't within two weeks, send in another one. There isn't any real confirmation/acknowledgement of the requests and maintenance people show up with no warning. Also, we can't really know if something is broken or incorrect unless it is something going seriously wrong. We also had a stove replaced because it wasn't heating above 250 degrees and the replacement was the same model as the old one, though I know MAC uses a newer electronic model in other buildings. We also don't have a dishwasher, despite other apartments within our building having them and it being on the list of appliances to check in our lease agreement. The repairs seem to be just putting more white paint on top of any problems/marks. The apartment is good for a large apartment though, very spacious compared to other apartments of the same number of bedrooms. Just wish there was more open communication and acknowledgement from the MAC offices.”
