Apartments for Rent Near University of Chicago

MAC Property Management has a multitude of places available for students attending the University of Chicago. More than 15 properties are in the student-friendly area between 53rd Street and Midway Plaisance. Most apartments are located along the bus lines to campus buildings and downtown Chicago.

Being close to University of Chicago is a plus for students who want to balance class time with time spent at home. An easy commute to campus means more time for studying and hanging out with friends. Living in apartments for rent that are student-friendly means that neighbors are more likely to be in their same age bracket and share similar lifestyles and interests (not to mention architectural preferences). This makes for a more relaxed atmosphere and close-knit community. Many of the MAC apartments are ideal for student living because they are close to campus and offer parking for those who also have internships and part-time jobs.

Unlike University of Chicago housing dorms, you get a lot more freedom living in a MAC apartment. Eat what you, when you want. No communal showers. No need to ask for permission when you want friends to visit your MAC apartment.  Have fun or study during school holidays because our apartments won’t close during spring break or the holidays. Just remember its bad form to make your friends feel bad for spending more money to live in a small room.
